UAV battery structure
Generally includes: positive electrode, negative electrode, electrolyte, diaphragm, positive electrode lead, negative electrode lead, center terminal, insulating material, safety valve, sealing ring, PTC, CID, battery shell and electrode lead.
UAV battery's structure is mainly divided into: winding type and stacking type. Liquid lithium batteries use a winding structure, while polymer lithium batteries have both. The winding type places the positive electrode film, diaphragm, and negative electrode film in order, and the winding type is cylindrical or flat; the stacked type stacks the positive electrode, diaphragm, negative electrode, diaphragm, and positive electrode in multiple layers, and welds all the positive electrodes together and leads out, and the negative electrodes are also welded together and led out.
